American Home Buyer's Service Guarantee
CarePlus Financial guarantees that upon completion of the entire American Home Buyer’s Service personalized program the client will qualify for a home loan. If, upon completion of the program, the client applies for a home loan with at least three mortgage brokers and/or lenders and is denied financing by all three CarePlus Financial will refund all fees the client paid for the American Home Buyer’s Service.
To receive the refund the client must provide the following:
- Proof of completion of each step of the client’s personalized program with evidence of each step having been done as instructed.
- Letters dated after the completion of the program from at least three mortgage brokers and/or lenders denying the client a home loan.
- Evidence that the client paid all of his/her bills on time throughout the duration of the program.
Upon receipt and verification of the documents described in A, B and C above, we will refund all fees we collected from the client.
This guarantee applies only to money the client paid to CarePlus Financial. It does not apply to any money paid to any third parties, whether in connection with the American Home Buyer’s Service or not.
